A) VACUUM CONVEYING SYSTEM ( LEAN PHASE ) :
SINGHASINI Vacuum Conveying System works on negative pressure for conveying the material from one or number of pickup points to one discharge point. This system is best suitable for providing dust free conditions around inlet. The system is composed of pick-up nozzle, divertor valve, discharge lock, exhauster & piping.
B) PRESSURE CONVEYING SYSTEM ( LEAN PHASE ) :
SINGHASINI Pressure Conveying System conveys bulk material by air under pressure. This system offers advantages of conveying material from one place to one or number discharge points. The system is composed of a Blower or Fan, Rotary Lock, Cyclone Separator, Divertor Piping and Fittings, Bag Filter
C) COMBINED VACUUM – PRESSURE CONVEYING SYSTEM ( LEAN PHASE ) :
SINGHASINI Combined Vacuum – Pressure Conveying System conveys the material from various pick-up points to various discharge points. It is also used where vacuum pick-up and pressure delivery is required. The system is composed of pick-up nozzle, Cyclone Separator, Blower ( both Pressure & Vacuum ) or Separate Blower and Exhauster.
D) CLOSED LOOP CONVEYING SYSTEM ( LEAN PHASE ) :
SINGHASINI Closed Loop Conveying Systems are designed for handling Explosive and hazardous materials. The conveying gas used is usually Nitrogen for explosive materials. Dry air is used for handling Hygroscopic materials.
E) DENSE PHASE CONVEYING SYSTEM :
SINGHASINI Dense Phase Conveying System works on low to medium pressure using air to fluidise and pressurise the material in blow tank. The material is conveyed to the destination from the blow tank through the pipe line by the air under pressure. This system is very compact and is composed of Blow Tank, inlet feeding valve, air vent valve, discharge valve, piping and fittings.
